So how do you make this lovely snack?
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
2 mangoes
1/2 of an 8 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup honey
3 pistachios
What to do:
2. Combine the mango puree with condensed milk.
3. Whip honey with heavy cream. Combine the two mixtures and mix like there's no tomorrow.
4. Refrigerate for four hours and serve with an ice cream scooper.
5. Crush pistachios and sprinkle on top for a minty crunch.
