Go Mango! Ice Cream

On a hot summer day I have prepared yet another savory non-churn ice cream recipe for you! Mangoes are a delicious tropical fruit with Potassium and Vitamins A, B6, and C. It also contains a great deal of serotonin, which helps boost your mood and lessen your appetite.
So how do you make this lovely snack?




Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
2 mangoes
1/2 of an 8 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup honey
3 pistachios


What to do:
1. Skin and chop mangoes into small cubes. Puree the fruit until smooth.
2. Combine the mango puree with condensed milk.
3. Whip honey with heavy cream. Combine the two mixtures and mix like there's no tomorrow.
4. Refrigerate for four hours and serve with an ice cream scooper. 
5. Crush pistachios and sprinkle on top for a minty crunch.
